We charge the customer for shipping on all orders.
Please remember that the shipping price is charged on the entire order including the packing materials and box.
We charge small fee for packing.

Credit and returns policy .
Any claims for returns or credits must be made with 7 days of receipt of the goods.
All goods returned to us must sent freight pre-paid. Generally we suggest the Postal system provides and efficient means of transport. Before sending any goods to us we require that you obtain authorisation from us.
Goods that are faulty from manufacture will be accepted for full refund of the cost of goods.
Goods that have been supplied incorrectly will be replaced or credited to your next order.
Goods that have been ordered incorrectly will be credited at full price for glass and plastic beads. Other goods will incur a 10% restocking fee.
