Payment Policy
Goods will only be shipped after cleared payment is received.
Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, and direct payment to our bank account.
We DO NOT accept Cheques, Checks, Money orders or vaugue promises.
Credit and returns policy.
Any claims for returns or credits must be made with 7 days of receipt of the goods.
All goods returned to us must sent freight pre-paid. Generally we suggest the Postal system provides and efficient means of transport. Before sending any goods to us we require that you obtain authorisation from us.
Goods that are faulty from manufacture will be accepted for full refund of the cost of goods.
Goods that have been supplied incorrectly will be replaced or credited to your next order.
Goods that have been ordered incorrectly will be credited at full price for glass and plastic beads. Other goods will incur a 10% restocking fee.
